ELYNN ZHANG is an Associate at EGP, joining the company at the beginning of 2024. Elynn has 6 years of experience in venture capital and M&A transactions.

Previously, Elynn worked at Index Capital, where she was involved in dozens of primary market companies in equity financing, with major tracks covering high-end equipment, automotive industry chain, semiconductor, and outbound business.

Prior to that, Elynn worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in M&A advisory, mainly assisting Chinese manufacturing companies to participate in domestic and cross-border M&A and business carve-out.

Elynn received her bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China and master’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
